StarHub confirms disruption to broadband, digital voice services

SINGAPORE: StarHub has confirmed a disruption to its broadband network and digital voice services, following complaints from some customers on its Facebook page.

In a Facebook post on Thursday (Nov 27) at about 11.15am, StarHub said it is aware that some broadband and digital voice customers are experiencing difficulties connecting to the network.

“We are working to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We will bring you further updates as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience,” the post said.

Several customers reported they had been experiencing intermittent connections since Wednesday. There were also complaints that they could not get through to the telco's customer service hotline.

StarHub's fibre broadband and digital voice services were last disrupted on Oct 2, when customers reported experiencing connection issues for at least several hours.
