STOMPer Ooi says a loud quarrel broke out between these two families at the foot of a block of flats in Hougang.
One group had apparently accused the other of blocking carpark access with their car.
The STOMPer described the incident:
"I was having dinner when I heard a commotion from downstairs.
"There were two groups of people quarrelling below over one party's car blocking the access to the carpark.
"There were three women, one guy and a child inside the silver car.
"A couple was in the other car. This woman later called her family members down to help.
"Both groups of people were shouting and making rude gestures at each other.
"During the fight, an old aunty got shoved twice by one of the people involved.
"Eventually police had to come and break up the fight."
