The 'Bridget Jones' Diary' star was dressed to impressed at Giorgio Armani's 'One Night Only' Eccentrico exhibition in New York City in a chic suit by the Italian designer, whose timeless and classic aesthetic she thinks matches her own.
Describing her style, Renee said: ''It's easy and simple. Armani is classic and they're pieces you keep forever. I like to be effortless and appropriate.''
The 44-year-old actress has long been a fan of Armani and her wardrobe is full of vintage finds from the label.
Renee revealed to People magazine: ''I found this gorgeous navy blue to the floor chiffon gown. It's magnificent! I think it was early 80s. I still have it of course.''
The blonde loves getting dolled up for red carpet events and is especially flattered when some of her favourite designers offer to lend her dresses.
She reminisced: ''I'm pretty spoiled. There's been a couple of vintage pieces like my white Carolina Herrera Oscar dress. I love some of the things that I've been lucky enough to wear.''
Leonardo DiCaprio, Hillary Swank, Naomi Watts and Olivia Palermo were all in attendance for Armani's one-night retrospective which included a runway presentation of his best couture creations.
