A multi-vehicle accident along Woodlands Avenue 12 on Thursday morning (Apr 21) caused congestion towards Seletar Expressway (SLE), according to eyewitnesses.
The accident involved at least one bus, a lorry and a car.
Mr Lin, a caller to the Mediacorp hotline, said at about 7.15am that the accident had caused "massive traffic in the direction towards SLE", and involved an overturned van and four to five cars.

One Facebook user, Moses Lima, said in Singapore Taxi Drivers that there was one lane towards the SLE closed, and two lanes towards Woodlands Avenue 10 closed. Another Facebook user, Erda Waty, reported on JB Traffic, Road Block & Potholes Report that the accident involved a bus, car and lorry.
