Man stops BMW in the middle of road by putting foot on bonnet

STOMPer Ganesh saw this photo on the internet of a man apparently stopping traffic on a road by putting his foot on the bonnet of a car.

This photo was sent to STOMP without any other information.

Said the STOMPer:

"I was looking through some pictures on the web.

"I found this weird and just wanted to show this picture."

Can any STOMPer out there solve this mystery of what could be a display of road rage?
