Car overturns in multi-vehicle collision in Yishun

 A car overturned after a collision involving two other vehicles in Yishun on Monday morning (Jun 20).

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they were alerted to the accident, which took place at the junction of Yishun Avenue 2 and Yishun Central, at 8.03am on Monday.

Channel NewsAsia understands that the accident involved a lorry and two cars, and no injuries were reported.

​SCDF said they dispatched a fire engine, a fire bike and an ambulance to the scene. A man and woman involved in the accident declined to be taken to the hospital, SCDF said.

Also on Monday, a tipper truck overturned on the Tampines Expressway (TPE), causing traffic congestion until the entrance of the Seletar Expressway.
