Taiwan Mandopop king Jay Chou is a huge basketball fan, and recently travelled to California to show his support for NBA star Jeremy Lin, who is currently playing for the Toronto Raptors.
For this trip, he was joined by his wife, Hannah Quinlivan, along with her father and brother. “My brother’s first #nba game! (sic)” she quipped on her Instagram post, which was accompanied by two photos of the four of them together.
The post quickly gained traction on Weibo, where netizens commented that Hannah’s brother, who is reportedly 16, looked like he has what it takes to be a celebrity.
“If he looks like that when he’s 16, he’ll only get more handsome when he becomes an adult!” one commenter wrote, as others concurred with the statement.
Hannah’s parents are believed to have divorced when she was three, and her father, who is Australian, later had another family. Not much is known about Hannah’s brother, who she is said to be trying to keep under the radar so that the media attention does not disrupt his daily life.
With her recent post, however, many believe that she is slowly opening up to the prospect of having her brother’s identity exposed to the public.
