Andy Lau has been glowing with happiness since the birth of his daughter, Hanna Lau, in May this year. Brought up in a traditional household, it is reported that Andy and his wife, Carol Chu, are hoping to conceive a son next to carry on the family line.
Andy’s father was recently spotted seeking advice from a Chinese physician and reportedly took home packs of prescribed medicine that approximately cost HK$1000 (S$158) each.
The doctor later confirmed that the medicine is used to “increase pregnancy chances” and added, “It will increase the male’s potency and increase blood circulation in the female.”
A doting father to Hanna, it is said that Andy’s daughter is now the center of his attention. The 50-year-old is also slowly shifting work gears to focus on his daughter instead of his acting career.
After a five-month-long break, the actor recently dived back into filming for upcoming movie, Blind Detective , and promotional work for Dewelling in the Fuchun Mountains.
