To encourage healthy circulation in the body, it’s best to avoid wearing tight-fitting clothes. Because blood clots can also appear in legs, skinny jeans are particularly bad for good circulation. Instead go for flowy trousers or sweatpants, which are more comfortable to wear anyway.

If you ever needed a good excuse to take a bath, then this is one. Epsom salt is known to encourage healthy blood circulation in the body. So the next time you’re in need of a relaxing time, go for an Epsom salt bath instead of a bubble one.
3. Practice high intensity workouts.
To avoid blood clots, it’s important to stay active and avoid sitting for long periods of time. Any kind of workout is generally good, but an especially good routine is HIIT training, which is a high intensity workout done in bursts. We use our cars to get everywhere nowadays, which can put us at risk for blood clots. If you’re about to go on a longer drive, make sure that you take a break regularly and get out of your car to stretch and walk around. It’s also a great way to appreciate the scenery.
